We retain contact form submissions and inquiry data for up to 2 years for business correspondence purposes. TackStrip operational data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days following cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted upon request.

TackStrip sends automated SMS notifications to flooring installation crew members, field supervisors, and property managers to support job scheduling, work order updates, and crew coordination. Messages are sent on behalf of the flooring business or property management company that has engaged you through TackStrip.
Separately, LodeBear Software operates TackStrip Field Notes, an optional educational list. Field Notes messages are written by LodeBear Software and contain general flooring and painting trade guidance only. They are not tied to any job, work order, property, or customer, they never identify a subscriber or a third party, and they contain no links. Subscribing to Field Notes is independent of the notification programs above.
Installers: Message frequency typically 3–4 messages per working day, one for each job you're assigned. Higher volume possible on multi-job days.
Property managers: Message frequency 2 messages per work order — one at arrival, one at completion. Multiple work orders at the same property in one day may result in 6–10 messages that day.
Field Notes subscribers: Message frequency up to 1 message per month.

Reply STOP to any TackStrip message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-enroll.
