LodeBear Software LLC operates messaging programs, including the TackStrip installer dispatch and TackStrip Property Manager notification programs, that deliver operational text messages to consenting recipients. By providing your mobile number to a partner flooring retailer, general contractor, or property management operator that uses TackStrip, or by requesting access to the TackStrip Property Manager portal, you consent to receive these text messages.
The TackStrip messaging program sends job assignments, arrival and completion confirmations, schedule changes, paperwork delivery links, and related dispatch communications to installer crew members and property manager contacts.
Message frequency varies based on your role and job volume. Installer crew members typically receive between three and ten messages per assigned job day. Property manager contacts typically receive fewer than five messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply. Message and data charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. LodeBear does not charge recipients for messages sent through the TackStrip program.
You may opt out of the TackStrip messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending further messages to that number. To rejoin the program later, reply START or contact your dispatcher or property manager to be re-enrolled.

The TackStrip messaging program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information collected through the TackStrip messaging program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy above. We do not sell or share your mobile number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
